I am currently out of town and visiting my grandparents in southwest Florida. Zach, I went through (actually bypassed) Tampa on I-75 last Thursday. I like seeing Tampa's skyline in the distance from 75 as you crest the hill toward the Brandon exit, (exit # 257) where the mall is.

Nice to hear Brian :) have a good time! I was actually getting onto I-75 from Exit #257 just this past Friday night after shopping in Brandon :D unfortunately though we had to make a turn around to go home because the EB side of SR-60 had its NB I-75 ramp closed >.<

Polk County, FL is under a severe thunderstorm warning now and no one chose to break in.. no crawls are scrolling either.. how lovely  <_<

That always happens around here. I actually get the Warning about a minute after it's issued through IEMbot. The stations take about 4-5 minutes after the warning goes out on IEMbot.

Can anyone tell me the difference between a pre-calc class and an Advanced Math class? I never took neither of them, but I am just curious. Is advanced math basically the same thing as pre-calc or is it more lenient?

I would say Advanced Math is just a general math course that goes over a little bit of everything, but it probably depends on the college.

I would probably see if I can get taken out of Calc I if I were you, Vic. However, it's really not as hard as the stereotype, in my opinion. I guess it's up to you to allow the school to put you in it or not.

Well, my wisdom teeth surgery is tomorrow, and I'm really nervous. Got to get 4. Hopefully it won't be as bad as I'll think, and I'll make sure to tell you guys how it goes!

I can't believe it's been nearly 6 months since I last posted here. :blink:

Anyway, I just wanted to stop by and say hey! I know I haven't been in here in forever, but numerous things so far this year have seriously kept me busy with life and I've had not so much free time for here. (Particularly with school work - but it's summer now so that's no longer an issue) Not to mention I've lost much of my interest in TWC in the past couple of years too, so that's part of the reason. :hmm:

I will try to come back here more often this summer, though - I certainly have no plans of staying MIA forever! :)

Well, the surgery is over. It felt surprisingly quick, thanks to the anesthesia. I'm icing my cheeks while watching The Price is Right. The bleeding is really gross, but I hope that goes away soon, So far, not as bad as I thought.
