They could incorporate what the XL does by cutting off the music during narration even with vocal music, but I don't know if it's possible to tweak that setting on the IS/IS2.
January 25, 2012 - Vocal local has been disabled on all STAR XLs nationwide. It is unknown if this was an intentional change or not.
On the IS the the music is lowered enough when the forecast voice plays that it does not interfere that much.Not sure how it is on the HD channel, we don't have the IS2 on TWC HD and get the national LF.
Since we're already well into May, would someone come up with a better title for this thread? I think we may need to have "Current March-December 2012 Playlist" at this rate.
I would suggest First Half 2012 Playlist.
