No, I've never seen it before.  It must be even more interesting to see that on a local Star-based local forecast!

I'd like to pass on a little request, if you don't mind.  If you want us to notice something, but post a four and a half minute video for us to find it in, it might be helpful if you tell us where to look: what part of the screen, and, most importantly, how far into the video we have to look.  My eyes were going back and forth between the LDL and the maps waiting for this to show up, knowing it wouldn't be long, and I was dreading having to watch over four minutes before I could find it.  Fortunately, I didn't have to wait that long, but I still didn't enjoy not knowing where to look or how long I'd have to look.

So, to those who are also interested: look on the LDL for the current conditions from New York City.

No, but I've already seen it on the SD sat LF a few times. For that CC, it just uses the cloudy icon, AFAIK.

I've seen it on our IS and NWS report a long time ago. It was in winter time, I remember that much.

Also, I kept looking for something on the radar. Yes, definitely let people know what we're looking for. haha I would never have noticed that.  ;)

Remember that music glitch on the first day of the Christmas 2008 playlist? I just now heard that same party-like noise in a commercial on the radio, so apparently it's a production track somewhere.

I think I know which commercial you are talking about. I heard it too. :P I kind of cringe when I listen to that glitch though.

They cued the 60 second flavor at :19   :hmm:

Is this a hint of a possible new flavor lineup?

...then they cued the 60 second flavor again at :49

I hope this isn't going to be a permanent thing.

Eh...no big deal. Let's be thankful that there is at least a :60 LF rather than a squeezeback.  :itsok:

Well, technically it isn't a "Local on the 8s" if they're cuing the forecast at :19 or :49. :P

Oh, Andy. :P

Anyways, I wouldn't be complaining.. a fullscreen 60-second local is better than the squeezeback locals, IMO.
