It normally doesn't start this late in the week. It'll probably be some time after Labor Day, either Tuesday or Wednesday. Hopefully, it'll be before the 10th.  ;)

It might start later today which might explain the random daypart confusion (playlist transition)

I got confirmation that playlists are indeed Bi-Monthly, and that future playlists will start earlier in the month because of programming/content reasons. which is basically saying it could start anytime between now and the 10th (even a weekend start isn't out of the realm of possibility.)
