Local ads on DirecTV overlapped the 5:48 PM ET LF.

Local ad? I didn't see one.

And FYI Trevor, DirecTV cannot insert ads for just your area without the entire country seeing them, thus TWC doesn't show local ads at that time, but rather at :16/:46.

For some reason, all morning and now into the afternoon, my Intellistar has been freezing for a second when it transitions from the daypart forecast to the metro forecast. Anyone else seeing this?

Has anyone ever identified that piano song that played back in Nov '06 daytime? I had a clip of it but lost it.

What do you mean by piano? You mean Birds of Paradise by Jacob Archer?

Then what did you mean by local ads?

I need to ask you that same question...

What I meant by local ads is the ones DirecTV inserts over normal TWC programming.

something went horribly wrong at the start of the 10:08 (Central) local forecast . it started out with the National Satellite LF, and the Big LDL cued in, and was later taken out...weird.

oh and I'm now under a tornado watch  :o B)

Is it true that the traffic map is gone for good now?

No, I believe it's temporary. Nevertheless, I wouldn't expect it to return that soon.
