I heard Joyce Cooling's "South of Market" from the IntelliStar's backup playlist about 10 minutes ago. I'm assuming due to the severe weather and the tornado watch out to my east.

I noticed since the Traffic map temporary removal these are the times music can be heard (not counting narration)

M/L Flavors

24hr = 1:40 out of 2:00

36hr = 1:30 out of 2:00

48hr = 1:20 out of 2:00

With Narration

24hr = :20 out of 2:00

36hr = :30 out of 2:00

48hr = :40 out of 2:00

I'm liking the Traffic Map being gone for now because i get to see my Radar/Satellite Map more often.

Also has anyone seen this bulletin before?

Yes, that LDL was shown in my area after Hurricane Isabel. Though I believe at the time, it beeped.
