I can really only see Jeff Morrow or Nick Walker as the most likely candidates to replace Marshall.

I can't see Carl Parker being "perky" enough for the morning shift, he's too cool and professional. Rich Johnson is much too quirky, and I don't even want to think about breaking him and Sharon up...they're finally back together again, EEWC is worth watching again! And the less said about Kevin Robinson the better.

She's scary and annoying. Almost as bad as DR. ANNA MARIE, she's not scary (actually quite the MILF) but if you followed all of her overly cautious tips you'd be better off to just live in a bubble. And it doesn't help it seems like she's on more than the actual OCMs.

It looks like Kevin Robinson might be anchoring Weekend View today; he just walked behind the desk a few minutes ago; plus, Bill Keneely was off Thursday and Friday. If this holds true, we might see Carl Parker on Weekend Now, probably with Kim Perez. If that's the case, WC will probably be Kristina paired with either Dave, Warren, Ryan Goswick, or maybe even Mike Seidel (longshot).

It's Kim and Dave on Weekend Now; I don't watch enough to know if they've worked together ever but the 20 minutes I've watched have been great.

Kim: We can sum up this weekend with 3 letters: H-O-T, and I'm not talking about Dave.

Dave: Final forecast, I like that, it's like the very last forecast ever.
Kim: Well I'm hoping I have a few years left.

ITA about Lisa Mozer; I don't understand her mass popularity either. She's really the only OCM that was ever painful to watch most of the time...

I don't really care who it is although I think Carl would be the most logical substitute, especially considering the recent trend of same-sex pairings. All that matters is that Sharon and Rich are kept together!

From that final "welcome, Samantha" it does seem like it might be a permanent switch. It'll be interesting to see if that's the case; I really hope it is, I think Betty and Samantha have the potential to be a good pairing, certainly an improvement over Kelly (sorry Kelly fans).

It has been interesting this week with all of the unexpected OCM changes. It'll be interesting to see how it all plays out...

Usually PM Edition on Monday & Wednesday and then EEWC some nights, it's pretty easy to watch a Twins game and EEWC simultaneously with all the commercials and fluff.

Which past/present OCM pairings are your favorites? Good chemistry, entertaining, and competent.

Sharon and Rich on EEWC have been really quite good lately. They're both very articulate and have lightened up quite a bit. I just wish that they would be able to show radars and other time-sensitive data; not having this diminishes the program quite a bit. Nonetheless, when I ask myself if I should tune in more often than not I end up saying, "Yeah, let's do that."

I liked Betty Davis and Adam Berg on weekends last summer. Both their current pairings aren't quite as successful. Both have a good sense of humor which obviously works well.

I'm also liking Bill and Sam, although I don't get to see them very often, from what I've seen I think Sam complements Bill very well. Too bad he has to be so tanned all the time (but that's a different topic for a different thread, haha).

What about yours?

Good for her, although she's one of the best OCMs and certainly didn't deserve to lose PM Edition, especially to Kelly Cass. 

I'll miss her tons and will have to enjoy the next month we have together!

Every time I've tuned in the past few weeks, I see Carl! Obviously he's subbing for everyone, but it feels like far and away he's logged the most hours recently. Yesterday Day Planner(?) with JLo and today Weather Center with Mike Seidel (both are good pairings, though!)
