Here are some clips of the new LDL on national programming and the local forecast here in Gulfport.

It is nationwide at this point. I was 100% surprised to see it this morning. I was shocked to say the least. :o

In addition to the new LDL, the regional maps are back at :18/:48 for us traffic viewers. :)

DirecTV still has the black bar. I wonder if we'll ever see anything new.

Another positive thing I noticed is that the Local Weather ID now shows for the same period of time as the current weather information.

I don't really like how ad crawls are handled on the new LDL. They look too out-of-place and tacked in, to be honest.

1) Interstate font goes bye-bye, to match the HD look I assume.

Don't jump right on that...I have seen my new LDL and my neighbors LDL. He has Comcast, I have Verizon. SOME not all of the temperatures are still in interstate font. It might be intentional, it might not. Either way I am going to note that to them.

Another note. The Local Ad Crawl shows beautifully, but the tab of what it is has no title, again might be intentional but I'm still going to note it to them.

Funny, I didn't notice but this is my first post.

EDIT: A new note, the wind direction and speed on the LDL is also in Interstate.

Sorry for the double post, I just recorded my first video with the new LDL  at 6:08 am. I don't know the name of the song.

Also, just now, I recorded a K Flavor to see how my IntelliStar looks like. On the regional conditions, there is no data for Monclova, Mexico. Song I recorded is Brave New World by The Rippingtons. Also featuring the new weekly planner opener at the end.

I love it, and I am really glad that it is not too complex.  It's funny, because they use a similar one on one of my local news stations, so I am used to the tabs on it.  But, I like it, because you can now know what your going to see next, I guess.

I am interested to see what it will look like for watches and warnings..

Is it only me, or are others still seeing the satellite LF with no LDL whatsoever (HD or SD, LF or nat'l programming)?

Okay... let me rephrase that... so far, I am yet to see the new LDL or even my local forecast on both the SD and HD channels.  Of course there's no local forecast or LDL on the HD channel during national programming, but when I check my SD channel, all it's showing is the satellite LF with no bar.
