I just read this entire fight, and all I saw was that Gary was giving his opinion. Yet, I saw Gil was just complaining, he kept saying that Gary kept pushing his opinion (he wasn't doing that from what I can tell) and that Gary needs to take responsibility for Gil's actions ( :rolleyes:). So, from what I can tell, it was Gil (no surprise) that was the main contributor to this argument.
