Lots of clouds, a few breaks of sun, and perhaps a few snow flurries. Windy and sharply colder with highs only in the mid 30s. Blustery northwest winds 20-30mph with higher gusts creating cold wind chills.

Thursday: Lots of "ineffective" sunshine, windy, and very cold with highs only in the upper 20s. Gusty north winds will keep wind chills even colder.

Friday: Mostly sunny skies, and after a cold start close to 10 degrees around sunrise, a warming trend begins. Highs in the upper 30s to near 40 by afternoon.

Saturday: Partly to mostly sunny with a warm southwest breeze sending temps well into the 40s.

Sunday: Partly sunny, breezy, and continued mild with highs near 50

Good choice of cities. You could probably post this in the Philadelphia thread too since it also includes cities in greater Philadelphia.
