Something strange is occurring with my headend, the duplicate channel (No music and slightly lower quality picture) on Basic Cable channel 116 is actually about 5-10 seconds ahead of channel 19. I wonder what is causing this.

Wow thats crazy, i wish they could put a second twc headend like 20-70 miles away on the duplicate weatherscan channels available.
