Overall, I think he means that he wants his headend to have it.

I think I have seen it on Time Warner, but not Bright House (at least in Central Florida; I wouldn't be surprised if Bright House in Indiana and Michigan got it), yet I don't complain. :no:

I think all of us would like weatherscan. I just hope its not axed or mutilated as NBC decides what they want to do with it

No that's not what he means. He means that it exists on Time Warner Cable, but not your specific headend.
