As long as I can continue to post my Local Climate Data Daily and sometimes comment on other topics : I`ll be fine !
I wish you be best on deciding what to do if is becomes necessary to combine any part of this Great Forum.
Posting may be down due to winter weather is almost over. I say this with caution.
Active spring storms may restart postings with some.
I heard the other night on one of Memphis, Tn`s TV stations that Facebook has more views now than Google.
Google messed me up just a few days ago by changing their writing new post page.
It is super slow on my computer.
So I was forced to move my Blogs to My Facebook Notes.
Again Good Luck with any changes needed here.
I noticed with my most recent post that I now can again use the same color on two different lines.
That is very handy for me.

You'll still be able to post your weather reports here William. Thanks for posting those. :)

This is a test post of a sample user imported from the TWC Classics database. If this post goes through, we are set for user importation! Test Test Testly McNuggets!

So, is the merger going to happen, or are we still not sure yet? If so, I'll need to speak to Martin privately regarding some issues when he gets the chance.

The merger is on schedule and set to start on the night of April 4th. I don't know how long it will take, seeing as how I have to manually do the import one by one, and there are 543 users to import. I'll keep you all updated.

Likely as Matt has agreed. PM me of concerns or send me an IM.

Inquiry.  What about those who's accounts have the same name in both places (aka me)?

AS I have already stated, all TWCC accounts are going to be imported with a TWCC_ prefix on them to avoid merge conflicts. Once done, then I'll go through and delete the duplicates and users can change the usernames if they wish... since I'm not merging posts, this shouldn't be a difficult feat to accomplish.

IMO, whichever is the earliest join date should go onto the TWCT profiles. Would this be possible? Also, why aren't you bringing TWCC posts onto here? There's a lot of threads I look through in there to look at past TWC events and files.

The decision not to merge the posts and topics was made by Matt. It may be possible but I am unsure of that. Regardless Matt informed me he wanted to keep all  the posts "archived" in a locked forum.
