TWC Knocked Off Air?

Around 2:15 It could happen tomorrow got knocked off for the never ending local forecat with old school classic music from the 90's and just kept looping the national forecast and it included the HD feed as well.. both feeds are out and both are running SD feed.... it seemed to last for 10 minutes...

Somebody at TWC probably bumped the button that cues the emergency feed (Trammell music + endless satellite LF). It was a fun outage while it lasted, but ICHT is back as of 2:26 PM ET.
