I think you have to actually convert it to .ICO, not just change the extention.

I looked it up, and everyplace i read said you had to put a coode on

Also, how would that work if yours and Matt's websites are on the same server (because he has his own icon)?

No, the one that Matt has is the default one for IPB. And, it doesn't matter if it's on the same server.

Alot of favicons don't work for me in SeaMonkey, but in Firefox, it's working fine.

It works because, while we are indeed on the same server, we have two different domains.

Gil, it is in .ICO format.

You MUST clear your cache in whatever browser your using. Then it will work.
