...and what's with the freakin' red info bar for Hanna? They're not even in Storm Alert! (and yes, they've suspended the :08 and :38 locals)

Wow, this coverage is so much more dramatic than even the cat. 2 Dolly coverage now that they're riding on the Gustav ratings hype. To think something less than a major hurricane at landfall could cause such hype...

Clearly you guys haven't seen the commercial where they are pimping the fact they were the highest-rated news service for Gustav.  It's gonna be a "OMG WE DA BEST" until after hurricane season now.

The Hanna and Ike opener played at the start of weather center.  Did TWC change the style of the regular open music for Day Planner and Weather Center?  I'm not talking about playing the Storm Alert music with the regluar Open graphics.

Yeah I got home and turned TWC on, and saw the red bar for Hanna (on the information bar I suppose).  Rediculous.  And yes, very immature on TWC's part.  But, this video is VERY immature :lol: (about tornado coverage locally)

Why have they been playing the Tropical Update music for the Hanna and Ike openers? Don't they usually play the other theme that has a lower tone?
