1145 is the NFL Network.
1225 (TWC HD) is still unavailable.

It looks like the HD feed of TWC has been unceremoniously removed from the cable line-up here.  Looks like the NFL Network HD is going to be put there in its place. :cry3:
How are you so certain about that? Are you sure it wasn't moved around? :dunno:

If it has, I haven't been able to find it, and the programming guide still says it's where I last found it.

81° in Daytona Beach at 11:30 in the morning.  :)

Autumn was my second-least favorite season in Massachusetts (after winter, obviously) - cloudy, rainy, wet, damp, chilly, windy, raw, and otherwise unpleasant.  Here in Florida, though, it's hard to tell the difference.

There's a certain charm about these radars.  They're simple, yet informative, and there are no overly-flashy graphics to distract from the information.

Back in the day I had so many of the three letter codes memorized.  :)

Thanks for the update and for the fix.  I just got worried for a second.

(And "ads" was just a knee-jerk response...  99% of the time, that's what it is.)

Is there something wrong with the ads on this forum?  Google Chrome is giving me phishing warnings every time I try to open up a thread.

Yes, that would be the best department to contact.

It will be interesting to see, however I'm a pretty firm believer of the saying "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."

Well, if that's the case, we'd all still be watching the WeatherStar III.  :)

Sounds interesting, and I hope this half-year-long wait will be worth it.  I just hope it doesn't mean retooling the local forecasts to make room for more longform.

When I lived in Massachusetts I used to get a lot of messages in Spanish on my cable box, too.

I, unfortunately, don't get any holidays off.  Ah, the joys of retail.

And Florida has far fewer holiday pay days than Massachusetts has.  And no blue laws, either, which means I don't get time and a half on Sundays like I did in Massachusetts.

...unless the network eliminated the vocal music in response to the cries and criticism from the long-time viewers.

That will never happen.  NBC doesn't really care about the die-hard weather fans anymore.  It's more profitable to market to the longform program fans instead.
