I wish the IntelliSTAR had a clock with the seconds on it, as well as the date, on the LDL bar, just like the other STARS did and do. The III/3000, 4000, Jr. and XL all had or have those features but not the IntelliSTAR.

I noticed that Todd Santos has been on this afternoon with Nick Walker instead of Vivian Brown. I hope she was just off or wasn't working today and not that TWC and/or NBCU is looking to get rid of her. I just cringe and get suspicious when I notice something like this.

When I first saw the title of this thread, I though maybe it was about the Longhorn/Aggie rivalry, Texas and Texas A&M since they are no longer in the same conference. That Texas tradition has died, too.

I bought Chris Tomlin's CD "And if our God is for us..." from my church's bookstore Wednesday with a $15.00 gift certificate that was given to me for my birthday. There are two songs on it that I particularly like.

Heh.  The song that never goes away!

Of course it never goes away. It's a 20+ year tradition, though, from 1995-1998 it took a break for those 4 Christmases. I remember the first time it was on, which was all the way back in 1989 and once more in 1990, as well. I hope they keep that song on for years to come.

I am most interested in college football right now and what it's being called it the "Game of the Century", my team, the (number 2) Alabama Crimson Tide are about to take on the (number 1) LSU Tigers. It should be a great game. The kinda game that might give me a heart attack to watch. 

I merged your post into this topic as it already exists.  Unfortunately, your team needs to learn how to play special teams better as that cost you the game against LSU.  Sorry about what happened tonight.

Yes, our kicking game was pathetic last night. I was so heartbroken about the loss. So much for a national championship.

You won't beleve this, but I found Dan Chandler (with his face shown) doing an educational special on trains. He hosts this made-for-video presientation from 1994 called Railroads of North America.

I'm not sure whether or not if this was his only non-TWC voice-over spots or not. I think he should come back to TWC! 

I know another voice-over he has done recently, though I'm not sure if I should disclose it.

No, you shouldn't.

Yeah, please disclose it. Unless it goes against some rule that would get someone into trouble, I would like to see how old he has gotten and if his voice sounds the same now as it did then.
