« on: January 27, 2012, 07:36:10 PM »If you want to know when to see them, check out the :28/:58 LFs during live programming, and you can only see them if your STAR does not have marine forecast/tides products on them.Then I guess I would not see it down at my grandparents in Florida since that's on theirs.
I see it every now and then at :28 like you have said. I was excited to see it again and I thought they had brought it back nationwide. Guess not. If you're on the coast, you still don't have it.

« on: January 21, 2012, 07:08:21 PM »They have never implemented seconds onto a STAR's clock since the debut of the black LDL on the XL in September 2003. That is likely a feature TWC thought had no value to the viewer, and their reasonings were correct or else the seconds would have been implemented after a while.They had the date on the IntelliSTAR's black LDL bar, though, but got rid of it when the blue bar made its debut in June 2008.
