It's about time it started getting more active. March was so quiet do to the cold temperatures. I hope it will be one system right after the other and where I live, it will be active here in Birmingham, as well, but not like 2 years ago, namely April 27, 2011. Don't want to see a day like that again.

http://www.intellicast.com/ is a very good one to try. It has a large variety of weather maps, forecasts, and weather for all over the world. It also has weather for health, travel, and community.

Last time i heard she was on vacation was a week or two ago, fans have been posting to her facebook and twitter pages wondering if she is ok.

I hope nothing is wrong with her since i haven't heard anything new about her vacation or air time.

Does she have kids? If so, maybe they have been on spring break.

I am so sick of all the cold weather! It's only in the 60s for a day or two, then below average temperatures again. I am wanting springtime thunderstorms, but the cold and stable air keeps ruining it. There's a chance south of me tonight and then tomorrow, a cold north wind and more subfreezing temperatures tomorrow night, Monday night and Tuesday night, with no more 60s until next Thursday.

I didnt want to post a whole topic for this, but It has been exactly ten years since I stumbled accidentally onto TWC Classics, when it was called "Matt's Guide To The Weather Channel" on 3/10/2003 at night

April 24, 2005 for me! It was a cloudy and chilly Sunday afternoon and I accidentally discovered the site while searching for Weatherscan images. The rest of the day I was hooked on that site watching WSXL clips.

For me, it was October 6, 2006. I came across it and was pleasantly shocked  to see the old time footage and photos from the weather channel. I was thrilled!

Landmark is a top notched company and continues to operate a fine media empire from my hometown. Frank Batton was a genius in building both the company and TWC.
