Hi STAR Team, if you have time, I just have one request:

Can you add Wauseon (in Ohio) to my Local Doppler, the one that zooms in and shows about a 75 mile radius or so.

Cable Provider: Charter Communications
STAR ID: 23527
Channel: 35

Thank You for your time and consideration,

WeatherSTAR Tech Support / A few requests for IntelliStar 23527
« on: June 17, 2010, 02:13:37 PM »
Hello, STAR Team. I would like a couple things changed on my IntelliStar (23527):

1. I would like the observation site on the Current Conditions page to be changed from Downtown Monroe to Monroe.

2. Also, I would like Adrian and Lambertville added to the 4x4 city observation list, and take away Willis and South Rockwood to make room for the additions.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

WeatherSTAR Tech Support / IntelliSTAR 23527 Error
« on: May 20, 2010, 04:16:09 PM »
Hello STAR Team. My STAR was frozen for several hours on Tuesday, May 18, 2010 during the afternoon and evening. For about 2 minutes, though, there was a short commercial break. The error ended Tuesday Evening. But now, I'm getting the satellite local forecast (which shows national weather) instead of local weather. Along with that, the Station ID screen is completely blank and the Lower Display Line is showing national weather. I really apprecieate your time and considering.
