I haven't seen you post a video forever, but is your 4000 gone?
I got a new computer that does not have a TV tuner, it still exists.

The WeatherSTAR 3000 didn't exist after 2004.
It must have been in 2004 then, I had just moved there when I saw it, I was at temporary housing on post.

You could try spybot search and destroy. I have used it on others with computer problems like yours.

A small cable company in Fort Polk, LA had a WeatherSTAR 3000 when I lived there. It was not Cebridge (Suddenlink). However, I do not know of the name of the company.

When I lived in Fort Leonard Wood, MO, there was also a WeatherSTAR 4000 with Cableamerica. I do not know if it is still in use today though. When I lived there, the current conditions at the bottom of the screen would become stuck in green about once a month.

During the loop of the WeatherSTAR 4000, the channel also had excess static. I don't know if this is of importance but I just wanted to inform all of you.

My WeatherSTAR 4000 was in a continuous loop with no music for about 10 minutes. It showed travel forecast and other screens not normally seen. Here is a clip of it.

My WeatherSTAR 4000 is currently having timing problems. It just showed the :58 screen with the cable provider at 8:17 with commercials playing in the background and then went to the local on the 8's with the commercials playing.
