Not to be totally rude, but this topic seems a little unappropriate. I know I'm not the police, but I wish it would be

We didn't tell her or him to name there thing The WeatherCock 1000 but a 8 year old ( which I'm doubting that is he or she really 8 years old I'm just saying) really have no business posting that in Fan Art in where you are suppose to post your weather visual creations and not your MS Word documents.  Now If the kid posted a picture of the WeatherCock 1000 I'll be fine with it and I would laugh my butt off.

Tonight, we will have the coldest temperatures and wind chills we had in years. We are under a Wind chill warning until 10am then a Advisory till 6pm Friday. Already Columbus City schools and over 200 other with the list growing by the minute has already called classes for Tomorrow

Alright Let's try this. with light snow at Port Columbus we are at 13° with a -1° wind chill.
tried it 35 times and all it does is go to the home page. So screw it I'm using character map.

We are under a Winter Weather Warning. This does include Franklin and Delaware Counties of points North of I- 70. According to weather.com the heaviest part will be
between 12pm and 3pm. Before it is all said and done expect a 1/4 of a inch of ice and 3 to 5 inches of snow. In other word a complete mess.

I have use for stuff on an another site (ProTV). I like but it does have a learning curve but it is not as big as you think. The main thing to remember using GIMP is layers. You have your background then to build upon that layer. Once you get that you will be making LF's In no time.
