WOWT-6, the NBC affiliate in Omaha, NE, announced today that former TWCer Cheryl Lemke has joined the staff. Details here: http://www.wowt.com/wxauthorityteam.
The station web site claims she will debut tomorrow, as will new chief meteorologist Mike LaPoint, most recently in Pittsburgh on their NBC affiliate, WPXI. Former chief Jim Flowers left at the end of 2012.
