WeatherSTAR Tech Support / When was #24131 (DirecTV) Decommisioned?

Hello all. I am wondering exactly when the IntelliStar 1 unit used by DirecTV (ID #24131) was decommissioned? The last time I saw it in use was after TWC returned to DirecTV's lineup in April 2014 to display a "TWC Update" crawl notifying viewers that red button interactive weather would return soon. Thanks in advance for any help.

Found a production track I heard on a First Outlook clip from the debut of new icons and LDL (3/11/2010) and a WCL clip from October 2011. It's called Colorless and Odorless from VideoHelper Disc 33.

Already replied before but had the wrong video link, so deleted.
Anyway, I've heard this track on Day Planner and WCL clips from late 2013 shortly before the relaunch. Anyone know what it is?
