TWC and your Cable Company / Star showing wrong channel Number during ID

My local cable company moved TWC from Channel 29 to Channel 4 almost a year ago.. Is there anyone on the forums who works for the weather channel that can change the ID at the top of the hour to read the correct channel number? I must have some sort of OCD but it drives me nuts when I see this..

My cable company is using a Junior. The tone alert was never used in the past but it is now going off every 20 minutes with no text.. Just regular programming..  Nothing has been issued by the Weather Service.

Anyone know what's wrong so I can call the cable company to let the know?
