Just last week I saw a WeatherStar XL out of Lapeer, MI. STAR ID is 1297, observation site is Flint. This STAR is my Monroe Charter Communications backup STAR.

On Friday, I saw the IS2 in action. Believe it or not, TWC's HD feed was on a standard channel (95) on Charter Communications.

IS2 #028339 (Serving Fort Worth)

IntelliStars I've seen:

Tampa, Florida (Verizon FiOS)
Star ID: 26777

Tampa, Florida (Bright House Networks)
I was a child when I saw this star. Sadly I don't know much about this star.

Chattanooga, Tennessee
Back in 2009 while I was channel surfing at the hotel I was at. Cable provider unknown.

Atlanta, Georgia
Summer 2011 when I visited Stone Mountain in Georgia. Cable provider unknown.
I saw one LF, but I don't remember what it looked like.

Panama City, Florida (COX)
I saw the IntelliStar while watching Weather Center Live at 12 AM CDT on July 20th, 2013 in my hotel room.
The Local weather ID is unknown (I didn't pay attention)

IntelliStar 2 Jr.s I've seen:
None so far.

IntelliStar 2s I've seen:

St. Petersburg, Florida (Bright House Networks)
I've recorded a couple of LFs.
Star ID unknown.

Orlando, Florida (Bright House Networks)
In late 2013 and 2014. I've taken pictures of this IS2, but I still need to record a LF.

Weatherscan IntelliStars I've seen:

Tampa, Florida (Verizon FiOS)
Star ID: 026778

Tallahassee, Florida (Xfinity)
Star ID unknown. I briefly caught a glimpse of weatherscan while turning the television on in a room of my aunt's house.

While on vacation in Kerrville, TX, I saw an IS2Jr. Unit. I'm not sure what provider it was on.
