I'm talking about artists who don't have a BMI or anything else. Its like if you were to send some of your music to TWC. You don't have any publicly available music, nor do you have a BMI, but TWC could play your music, and none of us wuld be able to get it becuase your virtually unknown.

So let's say I'm making 6 songs all of 'em in a cd called "Thunder Presents". Twc could play these songs!?

But the good thing about BMI is that they have to pay you royalties. so if you have a BMI account, you'd make money. But if you didn't, then you'd get nothing.
