They're all on BMI. But that doesn't mean they're easily available to the general public.

It's expensive to obtain those though. Hundreds of dollars. Not only you need a license, but you have to pay huge money

contrary to popular belief around here, onced you license it, BMI doesn't give you the song. You have to get it from the artist no matter what. Of course, they;d give it to you once you license it, cause its making them big bucks.
