Haven't posted here in a LONG time, but last night, the satellite forecast was playing, but with the local LDL.   It looked almost natural...

Here's a couple shots:

The IntelliStar appears to be out at the moment. Haven't seen a LF for the past 15 minutes

No local forecast here on the XL for the past hour.  Must be a nationwide issue.

XL outages are never proportional to IS outages. keep that in mind because the two platforms receive different feeds of TWC ;)

At 3:28pm EDT on April 17, I observed this:

Looks like a full screen satellite LF but my head-end for some reason cued up an L bar forecast.  But it gets stranger, as seen in this video:

https://picasaweb.google.com/108118189767835080687/DropBox#5732779342011796226

At :28, the satellite forecast compresses into the "viewing area" and an L bar satellite forecast appears and continues briefly into the intro to the 3:30 episode of Storm Riders.
