IntelliStar 22689 appears to have failed:
  • No ident at 10:57 CDT
  • No TrafficPulse logo and satellite LF at 10:58 CDT, no local LDL afterward
  • Satellite LF at 11:38 CDT

[2010-04-28T11:49-0500] Update: IntelliStar 22689 has returned.

Satellite LFs at 7:48 and 7:58 PM ET. The 7:58 satellite LF had a very late start.
