I was wondering, if the IntelliStar is out (reference to LDLs not cuing), then does TWC come out in stereo?

For any watch/warning/advisory/information crawl, they will crawl no matter what because they are triggered by the NWS, NOAA, etc. The STAR will have to have a severe malfunction for the crawls not to appear.

I am recording this STAR Outage now, and it will feature the Station ID, so let's hope the STARs return soon.
