Primetime: Songbird by Ryan Farish
Overnight: Come bye me by Andre L. Parker

Worst
Morning: none
Daytime: nothing but love by Boney James (last used a couple moths ago)
Primetime/Overnight: Freddie Freeloader by miles Davis

Nothing But Love is not the worst song, but it is way overplayed. It has been used 4 of the 5 months in the year so far.  :dunno: The worst song on primetime is Hedwig's Theme by far. It really does not fit the Weather Channel.   :no:

Except for the best overnight and morning, I couldn't possibly agree more with this list. I would choose "No Horizon" by Robert Wolf for the overnight, and Sunshine for the morning. :)

I can't stand that one anymore. either. Yvonne is one of my favorite artists, but when I hear songs by him (real name is Leon), I'd expect to hear songs like "Best of Times" and "Summer Fragrance", not some minor-key sounding song such as "Heart of Gold".

Exactly, it's jazz for once. Best of Times, Weekend Spot, Empty Chairs, Things to see and the other past songs sound odd...and nonjazzy

Yeah, Heart of Gold also reminds me of 2004-2005 TWC music for some reason. Does anyone know if the recent songs were created by Yvonne or her husband Leon like the 2005-08 tunes? I can't find any of the newer stuff anywhere.

Morning: Alright. A few reuses from summer 09-10. 7/10 (OK)

Daytime: Good and best daypart right now since October 2009. Lot of jazz songs in it. No rock music. :thumbsup: Only 1 reuse music from summer 09-10. Wish they play this daypart until 6PM CT. 10/10 (good)

Primetime: Horrible since Nov/Dec 09. 4 reuses from last year. Hear it more often than daytime now since last September. :thumbdown: As of right now, October 2009 is the recent/last primetime playlist to be good. 5/10 (Mediocre)

Overnight: Alright as usual. 7/10 (OK)

Overall: Alright playlist. 7/10 (OK)

Daytime
Best: Michael J. Thomas - 30-A Degrees
Worst: Boney James - Nothin But Love (much better than Stone Groove, but used essentially 4 out of the 5 months in 2010 so far)

Primetime
Best: Pink Floyd - SOYCD
Worst: John Williams - Hedwig's Theme (worst song period on the playlist)

Overnight
Best: Eric Clapton - Psyche (though it fits better in primetime)
