IntelliSTAR Problems

so far for over 19 hours My IntelliSTAR LDL worked during the normal programming while my TV is black then only a local commerical package works on my tv before the LOT 8's and stays black until the local commercials come back on 10 mins later TWC should know something is wrong by now  :furious: i cant stand THIS

This sounds more like a headend problem, rather than a TWC problem. What leads me to say this is that local commercials are still playing.

It seems like that they aren't getting the sat. feed from TWC very well, and it finally just died. And the local commercials are from a queue from either that headend or a headend near by.
