i went to that manpowermusic.com website and found this song. I know i heard it several years ago. Does anyone know what it is?

I think that's "The Passage" by CC Gilmore. I'm not 100% sure though.

Clips, obviously. The site features Frank Josephs and Ray Herrmann which do all of the Samuel Lincoln and CC Gilmore tunes.

Not for them, since they are the actual company that produced the songs. Since they are theirs, they can do whatever they want with it. But yes, they need to be licensed :)

No, because they license it. There are hundreds of different licenses. it depends where and how the music is being played. it all costs differnet amount. Usually it costs several hundreds of dollars.

What if you just want it for your own personal use (listen to it on computer, put it on ipod, etc)
