yeah, so far Linus and Lucy played on :08, :28 and :38. This was the first Xmas song I vividly remember hearing on TWC. The others were Eddie Reasoner's Snowflake, Michael Colone's Ice Fairies, and David Arkenstone's "I Saw Three Ships"
All of which have been discontinued from the playlist except for "Linus and Lucy"

So that's what it's called. I'm grateful we have a Christmas playlist. Enough with my complaining.

Where did the Holiday 2010 playlist go? I was hoping to get a printout of it, did someone delete it?

darn it, i read the thread and i noticed members complaining about the playlist. I think people should grow up and get a life and not ruin it for those of us that are genuinely interested in the playlists and are long time music collectors, like myself. I have been a TWC fan for 20-plus years, and have over 1100CD's ...some one please repost the 2010 holiday playlist... Thanks

I will repost the list in a few.. I deleted it because I got tired of the complaining and insults  so I removed  it to calm some folks down, and because there were factual inaccuracies in the list I received. I'm  trying to get an updated one with the morning daypart

Those of you who think "I Saw Three Ships" by David Arkenstone is not playing this year should be ready for a sigh of relief now. It was just played at 10:28 am EST during WUWA.

Why would removing it calm people down?  It doesn't change anything.

See, some of you all just need to be more patient.  After all that fussing, we find out that there is a morning playlist, and your favorite songs are still there.  Seriously, stop and think about life and the world in general when the holidays arrive.  Some people can't even celebrate Christmas happily as they're far less fortunate than us.  Heck, I won't even be able to see my family and have Christmas on the proper day this year as I have to work through the holidays!  Maybe some of you all need to experience that to realize how much we take for granted these days.  Christmas music has a role in reminding us what really matters in life.

Sorry that I have to go into a full-scale rant, but what I witnessed over the past 24 hours in this thread has really upset me.  This playlist, just like the holiday of Christmas itself and any present that you will receive, is a gift, not a privilege!  Be thankful for it, and enjoy it!  Now, if I catch anyone still complaining and whining to where it disrupts everyone else from this point forward, I will personally issue warnings.  Everyone has the right to an opinion, but no one has the right to disrupt or ruin the joys of others.

It's good that the playlist started early this year. I'm grateful for it.

Sorry for my previous complaints.
