Yes, the problem has to be the source. But I've checked everything, and it seems alright. (Although I'm not entirely sure where you get the extended forecast from)

IDK what else, but I have a confirmed problem to where my Boating and Extended forecasts are not accepted.

Stephen, Martin says that this is a Florida issue only, are you having this issue, too?

And the problem was a user error. Make sure your Boating and Extended forecast ARE FOR WATER AREAS NOT LAND.
