TWC Lays off Staff

I only had one more thing to add to my last statement, if the staff including the OCMs are making a lot of money, couldn't they have cut their pay a little? I just don't think it's fair that 80 employees should lose their jobs like this during the worst time of the year when the holidays are literally around the corner and they have to scramble to find another job.

I doubt that highly EXCEPT in Dave's case. He'd either have to go and get his degree in meteorology, or find another field of work because he's not an actual meteorologists. But the other two should have no problem finding work again.

Dave is, actually; TWC wouldn't label an OCM as a meteorologist if he wasn't an actually meteorologist.

He's not, actually. He only completed TWC's apprentice program. He has no degree. 

I guess completing the apprentice program is enough to qualify him as a met in TWC's eyes.

Hahahahaha. Matt (Marron) is such an ass. He just made a huge fool of himself. In his big-headedness he thinks I'm telling people that this is all factual. He doesn't realize that I'm talking to a man who is a former TWC employee and is still ocnnected with many people there, including upper management.

Hmm, apparently I never got around to talking about the certificate more due to being distracted by Dave being on the air, but yeah, a Certificate is pretty darn insignificant in a world where so many people have degrees, even though I'm sure Dave is plenty more qualified than some of those people.

And damn, Dave is being funnier than he's been in a long time.
