That's not usually how layoffs work... usually, once you're laid off, you don't get rehired afterwards, and if you do, it's for lower pay.

Wow, this is really sad for all those affected, and I really feel bad about Dave being let go; what a damn shame.

I have a feeling that Mark and/or Kristina might be among the four, especially Mark given his tenure.

TWC is going to go downhill significantly without Dave. He and Dennis were the only legends of TWC left. I'll probably watch it far less now.

Just learned from my source that about 80 people were let go total. This, he says, includes just about all of the marketing department. This information is coming from ACTUAL TWC EMPLOYEES. None of it is heresay.

This is very shocking. I heard 4 OCM's got laid off. It's terrible. Also I'm concerned about my dad, I hope he's not laid off from work

That would make sense. With NBC's strong marketing department and tactics, TWC's marketing department would be one of the easiest to cut. After all, marketing doesn't have to be done within TWC - it could easily be done at NBC HQ in New York.
