New Graphics and Icons

What I really want to know is what TWC's true motive for this is. The last one, while I still don't understand it completely, TWC presented a reason for updating the icons. But honestly, there was no need. The other icons already looked realistic... what's the reason now?

Sorry for the double post, but I'm not sure what just happened here. During the text based on the 6:38 PM EST LF, the Intellistar flashed, went out for a few seconds, and slowly came back on.

Problem was confusion figuring out which icon it was. Probably had complaints for the small ldl icons and non animated HD ones. Mix ones were kinda hard to determine but they were fine to me.

I HATE the new suns and the new thunderstorm icons!!  They look like an elementary school documentary, not to be confused with cartoons or random circular food items!!!  BLAH!!!!  lol  As for the new title banners, they are better for screen real estate and general classiness but they need to get rid of that projection wall if they are going to continue to use them.  Return to the chromakey!

I really want to see these icons animated. I'm assuming this will only happen on the IS...someone please post a video, because I don't have an IS.

Also, interesting new title banners as well. They're not that different but more "condensed."

Intellistar Error- New Icons on Satellite LF

Those icons look ok. I'm just kinda getting bothered with these sudden changes. I still cant get over the old black LDL getting replaced... and the old Istar theme. Boy I miss those days.

Anyways, i'll have to see the whole outcome of this to make my opinion

TWC Satellite LF- 3/10/10- Icon Update

The big problem with the 2006 icons was they did not scale to anything. They were a pain to make out - and as TWC expanded in mobile and Web, that became a problem. This update mainly tries to improve that issue. Indeed, this seems to be a revision to the hardest to read - precipitation and sun.
