Why doesn't TWC show local on the 8s during preemptions anymore? All they show is a one minute forecast at the top and bottom of the hour.

If I recall it has something to do with the fact they schedule LFs ahead of  time so when it comes time to preemptions they have to cancel out the programming schedule and automatic lfs. Its just easier for them I guess

Wasn't it like this back then though when preemptions occurred? :unsure:

I saw it live and couldn't seem to notice all that much different about it. I'll trim a clip later on this evening (downstairs at the moment).
