March Field, CA XL issues
« on: June 22, 2011, 01:46:12 PM »
Hi STAR Team, I noticed a couple issues with the XL here. I'm not certain of the ID since it shows a period however, that's one of the issues though.

Another issue is on the Regional observation cities, Norton AFB needs to be removed. Norton AFB hasn't existed since 1994! (at least that's what wikipedia said) That explains why it has always said no report available. The channel it's on is 46, in case you need to know the channel for the STAR ID. If that can be fixed, that would be awesome, thanks.

CHANGED OUT SBD...ONLY REPORTING 6 HOURS PER DAY ON LOCAL OBS PAGES...SUBSTITUTED KVCV (VICTORVILLE) FOR 4 XLS...WILL LOOK AT JR. AND STAR 4000S LATER.

Thank you very much!  What's the SBD? I didn't know that there's Jr's and 4000s nearby. If I read your post earlier, I would've been able to confirm whether everything was fixed.

Also: Victorville will definitely work for a city, Apple Valley may be best, since when you go back down the mountain, that's where you hit if you take the highway down, but Victorville isn't too far.

SBD = San Bernardino International Airport
I've gone off on a journey to be a moderator at another forum, but this place will forever remain home for me~

Got it, well that's good that got fixed. I think i'll be able to see the changes this Christmas if we decide to go again, but glad that issue was fixed.
