My Weatherscan is finally showing local ad crawls for the first time in about a year. It's just a Comcast Spotlight ad about how to advertise, but at least I'm not seeing those TWC HD ads over and over anymore (why are they still there, anyway).
Well that didn't last long... the Spotlight ad is already gone.  Now all I'm getting is the TWC ads again.

The cable headend has to make the request, otherwise no changes will take place.
Can the headend request what cities to use on the domestic IntelliStar as well (including radar/metro maps, etc)?

Yes. And, after they request a change on a STAR and "approve" it, the STAR Team can't make any further changes to their STAR without their permission.

I'm having problems right now on Camden's Weatherscan. The video is very jumpy and blurry. The audio is fine though.

Early this morning, a new WeatherReady logo debuted on the UV index/weather safety tips screens on the Health and Ski segments. This makes the first graphical update on Weatherscan since October 2007.

Could anyone post a screenshot of it? Thanks.  B)
