Just created a new section called Everything Else TWC. I noticed alot of topics (such as General TWC Discussion, Where Can I Purchase The TWC Book?) were in the Programming board, and so I figured I'd create a new board for those topics that just don't seem to fit anywhere else.

Yep. To start with I wasn't going to put it on this one because it didn't look like we were going to have anything to put in it (recall that it remained empty on the IPB board). But once I started seeing threads that looked like they should be in there, I decided that returning it would probably be a good idea.
