Forum Outage

Early Wednesday morning, the TWC Forums went down without notice and for without reason. I do not believe at this time it was a security issue that caused the forum to fail. Thanks to the help of our great host, we restored a backup of the forum. All posts seem to be intact. Please alert me if there are any site or forum issues.

Thank you to everyone who alerted me of the forum outage. In the future please visit twctodayforums.com or http://www.ustream.tv/channel/norfolk-weather-channel-stream I or others will be on the IRC chat there and can answer your questions. In the event of a long outage, thats the best place to be.

Our host was able to simply restore all of the forum files to get thing back up and running. There were no issues with the database; apparently some files got corrupted.

Again, if you notice any problems, please alert us. :yes:

Clear you cache, ect. See if that helps. Its been a known issue before

I don't see anything wrong with the forums, Martin.  There are still some issues with the TWCT site itself, but they're not related to this outage.

I get an error everytime I view the forum stats. Is this related to the outage?
