Gosh, the reason I can say that Comcast sucks is because it's only in 2 little towns in my area. Seffner and Mango, and Mango is the next town south of Thonotosassa. :hmm:

Well, it's probably cheaper than Bright House, and it'd be nice to see a different STAR. :yes:

Don't even get me started on their customer service and the lazy cable guys they have sent out here to our house. <_<

I would like to have a cable provider that would give me an XL, sometimes I would rather even have Satellite so I listen to certain songs narrationless especially unavailable ones and so I wouldn't have to deal with Comcast.

My parents pay over $270 for both Cable phone and internet alone i would love to have charter or bright house anyday

Yeah, they have a contract to have most of their headends to utilize an IntelliStar.

That's crazy. For Verizon FiOS home phone (unlimited long distance, caller ID, call waiting, etc), FiOS TV (2 standard STBs, 1 DVR), FiOS Internet, and 3 cell phone lines (1400 min out of Verizon, unlimited texting) and our total bill is around $260/month.

Happened here in Lansing on December 15th... as planned. I got the paper work and information back in mid October. Weird, it is apparently still a year away for the E.L.

This complicates everything considerably when it comes to traveling. None of the boxes, even the ones they claim to be porable, won't work in other areas (even other Comcast service). I have to share one cable box with my dad... and neither him nor I can watch TWC all nite.
