My guide says that "Weather Center" is supposed to air from 2-5 p.m. but in reality it only airs from 4-5 p.m. What gives? I despise ICHT & FFN.

Then I suppose your guide is wrong. Mine, however, is correct.

A lot of the guides are like that, including Comcast's.
