TV stations really don't care all that much about the disruption a move will make to an employee's life.  They give the employee the choice of moving or looking for a new job.  And if a contract's been signed that's hard to get out of... then there really isn't any choice at all.

I find it sad and a tragedy that the WUWA looks better than YWT's logo, they have completely ruined YWT's image these past couple of years.

I like YWT's logo/graphics. The graphics have a morning feel than the old one which looks ugly. We'll see on Monday what the new openers/graphics look like on air.

I'm still a firm believer in "sonic branding." I know chances are slim, but I'd love to see both shows have a respectable (and used) sonic brand.

I agree! Those shows haven't upgraded there graphics since the 2008 HD Relaunch!

Judging from several telltale indicators I have picked up on (these logos being two of them), I feel that a visual revamp may be in the works. Maybe not one that will happen in one day, but one that will happen over a period of time (maybe a few weeks). Of course, this is all pure speculation on my part, but in my honest opinion, it really is needed.  :hmm: Graphically, things have been disjointed and jumbled since 2008 or 2009.

I think that pushes the conversation from "Speculation" to "wishful thinking." Also, V3 is what we have now, if I'm not mistaken.
