For anyone still wondering: May 4. Songs have been changing everyday now.

Or did they even get permission for it...

Then again, NBC is a pretty big company.

IIRC, TWC doesn't take requests for music due to their licensing with BMI, from what Matt told me.

Wrong. I've done it, and without me, you wouldn't have heard Jim Adkins, James Brown or David Wells on the playlists.

Has anybody else noticed that Stephanie Abrams is hardly ever on the show anymore?  :hmm: I believe she only worked 5 out of the 20 days she could've worked in May. What is "on assignment" supposed to mean anyway?

She is probably taping shows for "Weather Proof."   I like Stephanie Abrams, but I do not think she should be an OCM on any show.  She is too busy with other shows for TWC.  Same with Jim Cantore.  Rarely are they in studio (that I know of).

Lol, you're exactly right! I finally checked her Twitter account, and she was just filming for "Weather Proof." That answers my question, but now I wonder how much longer she'll be out. Personally, I think she's one of the better OCMs because she's down to earth and pretty knowledgeable of what she's saying.

They have personalities that are marketable and good for shows but I miss them as just regular OCMs. It seems they both, Steph in particular, are always busy and its lost that feel from the days when Abrams and Bettes was just an hour show at 8

Lewis Black made a return appearance to TWC (if you saw the Youtube video, you'd know what I mean :P). Also, it seems Stephanie is off assignment for now but isn't in Atlanta.
