Any Plans For New Icons Soon?

I know TWC is going thru some changes lately and was just wondering if new weather icons were in the discussion at all? And if not, do you think they are coming soon or do you think they will be content with what they have now for quite a while?

Unfortunately, I have lost track of all of TWC's icon sets.  I miss the days when they had one, unified set.  Now they use different ones for their on-air graphics, the SD IntelliSTAR, the HD STAR, WeatherSTAR XL (the pre-2006 set), WeatherSTAR 4000, and not to mention weather.com and the many phone/computer apps they have out there.

So I would say an icon change in the future isn't likely...  I doubt TWC will ever have a unified icon set again.

Yeah I completely get what you're coming from.  :wacko: I'm more curious about the TV icons. Just to be more specific.

There were rumors of a new SD star platform coming out this spring so it's likely we may see a new set of icons then

I've heard there have been some delays so I doubt the schedule is still for a spring release.

The icons were last changed in 2010, so changing them after 3 years isn't really feasible for Standard Definition.
